Layouts and functions are tailored to your needs. The queue system can easily be changed, scaled up or down and adapted to different industries.

q-system can be purchased complete with hardware and software or downloaded to your existing devices. It can also be integrated with your existing systems such as CRM or digital signage.

You can easily do everything from installation to administration yourself, but of course we will help you if needed. Once setup is complete, you can make changes to the queue system yourself by using the q-admin interface.

Daily statistical reports are automatically sent. These can be enhanced to provide more advanced, customized information, through our q-analytics service.

q-channel's app q-cloud is downloaded for free by your customers, where most of our queuing systems are gathered together.

Through it, your customers can, among other things, queue up before they arrive, find your closest location with the shortest queuing time and receive a push notification when their turn approaches.

q-ticket presents your purchase types on a tablet with a customized layout.

It is easy for your customers to choose the right queue. The app iscan bepaired with printers that print a traditional queue ticket with the current number, all packaged into a queue ticket stand (floor or wall mounted).

You can therefore get started immediately by downloading the queue system apps. You can purchase the q-basic queue system directly from Microsoft Marketplace and pay per queue app.

q-ticket contains most of what is needed for a complete queue system adapted to different industries. With q-ticket, you get a fully digital solution, but also the option of paper queue tickets. The system can be customized in terms of layout and design, and you can purchase the q-ticket queue system directly from Microsoft Marketplace.

Premium allows for special requests specific to the business. In Premium, we are happy to develop new features together with the customer, it can be anything from customer-specific software and business-integrated solutions to specially designed shopping cart. In q-system Premium, there is the possibility of simple integration (cf. BankID) for a digital shopping cart in the customer's own app.
