Grab your ticket on the go
Finally, the q-cloud app is here, where we have gathered all of q-channel's queuing systems in one place so that you can grab a ticket on the road with your smartphone and do other things while waiting.
From now on, you will both be able to grab a classic paper ticket in the queue and in your smartphone with the q-cloud app when you download it. You will then be alerted via the app about your number in the queue, waiting time and when your turn is coming. So you no longer need to be in place to queue up.
Find Shops near You
The app has a map view where you get an overview of your position in relation to different stores. By clicking on the pin you get more information about the store, opening hours, estimated waiting time and the opportunity to grab a ticket. You can also use the search function to quickly find a specific store. Feel free to download and test q-cloud today! It is available on the App Store and Google Play.
