Now we have completed the roll-out of q-channel's cloud-based queuing system at all Swedbank's bank branches in Sweden.

The roll-out has been carried out in a very short period of time and everything has worked smoothly despite the current pandemic.

Swedbank can now benefit from the statistics collected and which q-channel's q-analytics service can refine and convey to all bank branches
