Go through the following steps

  • Update to the latest version of iOS
  • Reset Network
  • During wifi you can activate "connection question"
  • Log in to the correct network, the network which the queue system, the network to which the queue system should be connected
  • If the queue system is to be connected to the q-channels network:
    • Select SSID: q-channel
    • Password: korybut$a
  • Open the Safari app and try to access a website
  • Open the app you should use on your iPad eg. q-ticket or q-manager.
