Press the hole in the middle of the white frame under the iPad display with a small needle/paperclip (iPad should be in full screen mode, see Problem: iPad locked in guided access). Tap 'Settings' on the home screen. On the upper left side select 'Wi-Fi'. On the right side, all wireless networks available to the iPad can be viewed. Next to the wireless network that the iPad is connected to, there is a blue checkmark. (In most cases, the network is called something like q-channel, unless the network belongs to the store/office, in which case consult internal IT support).
