Customer case SEB

In several offices, we have integrated the q-channel service for queue systems with the q-signage solution for digital signage, which we are the only one able to deliver in one system. Several SEB offices also use the appointment-booked service in the q-channel queue system. The advisors will then receive a notification via link, email or SMS when their customer arrives. The latest installations of queue systems at SEB are the cloud-based solution q-cloud.
