Customer case Länsförsäkringar

At Länsförsäkringar Kalmar, Blekinge and Kristianstad, we have installed q-channel's cloud-based q-cloud system based on iPads to take queue tags as well as for queue management and queue viewing. Staff use iPad mini or links on their computers to feed the next customer in line.

Customers who have booked a meeting can enter their social security number at the time of purchase so that the staff knows when the customer is in place and can prepare the case. Staff receive sms notification and email notification that the customer is on site. 

Länsförsäkringar also uses the q-signage service, which is a cloud-based digital signage service for displaying queue information integrated with the bank's advertising on displays. q-signage is based on the same platform as q-cloud. 

The statistics from q-cloud for reporting and planning resources are linked to the system and staff can take out reports both centrally and locally. In addition, a daily mail report is sent for a quick overview of yesterday's statistics.
