Q-channel delivers customer survey integrated with queue management on ipad mini to Audi. The iPad mini can be used by both the staff for managing the queues, feeding the next customer, information about waiting times and queue length, back office alarms, and also acting as a customer survey to give customers the opportunity for feedback. The iPad mini used by the staff to manage the queues can easily be turned towards the customer to answer the questionnaire and then acts as the customer survey. The layout of the customer survey is easily and quickly customized with the questions that you want customers to answer. Ready-made statistics are available on an ongoing basis on the web that are updated online. The statistics also show individual answers, at whom and when the answer has been given.
