Q-channel system in Hemköp's store on Åhléns city. The layout is customized according to Hemköp's graphic profile and is designed with symbols for each queue type. Queue types are scheduled when the need for different queues occurs at different times. Queue number display takes place partly on SmartTV displays but also integrated on displays for advertising in the store and where the connection to external digital signage provider takes place via Q-channel's partnergate solution.

The solution is cloud-based and operated on Microsoft Azure. Q-channel systems include opportunities for digital cue tags where customers can take their smartphone cue tag by downloading the q-cloud app, available on the App Store or Google Play, to be more flexible and come when it's their turn. The system also includes the statistical service, which is highly appreciated and is increasingly used for staffing and resource planning
