Customer case BMW

Our queue and case management system for the automotive industry that effectively shortens handling times and waiting times.

Customers who come to the service department at BMW enter their registration number on the purchase voucher. After that, the customer chooses the type of case e.g. express service, booked service, tire workshop. The customer is instructed to wait their turn.

Through their computer or smartphone, staff can see the number of customers waiting in line and their registration number as well as the specified category. In this way, the staff can prepare for a customer before the customer (car number) is fed. The staff can choose the type of case that suits him/her. Customers get help from the right staff and get faster service.

Displays in the room show the next car number being fed.

The case management system shortens handling times and waiting times and streamlines the entire customer flow.
