The solution means that Tunabyggen in one system can use services to manage queues at the same time as managing visitors who have booked an appointment with different officials or are looking for specific official. Sms notification function to immediately reach an official regardless of their whereabouts is also integrated into the system. The reception system also offers other opportunities for notification to officials. The solution means that reception work is streamlined and facilitated. The solution also enables to leave the repetion completely or partially unmanned. This type of reception system combined with queue systems is unique in its kind and is a further development of the q-system queuing system. The system is also integrated with the q-signage service for digital signage.
