At Coop Bygg in Norway, we have installed q-channel's cloud-based q-cloud queue system.

The system is based on iPads and LED displays for queue viewing as well as smartphones for queue management. The system is located in four different departments in the department store and we have also installed our product Happy Customer for customer survey. The queue systems are tailored with layout and functions for each department, but can work together to take a cue and view queue information. Coop Bygg staff also have access to statistics from the queue system and the customer survey Happy Customer via the web.

The system is sold and installed by our partner in Norway, Ennte AS, www.checkpoint-meto.no.
